Caribbean BBQ Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
- 1kg chicken wings
- 2 tbsp Dunn’s River Caribbean Barbecue Seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, BBQ seasoning, olive oil, and lime juice.
- Toss well to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 1 hour (overnight is even better).
- Preheat the grill or oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Arrange wings on a baking tray or grill rack and cook for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and cooked through.
- Serve hot with extra lime wedges.

Ingredients:
- 1 courgette (zucchini), cubed
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 1 bell pepper, cut into pieces
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dunn’s River Caribbean Barbecue Seasoning
Instructions:
- Toss vegetables and pineapple with oil and BBQ seasoning.
- Thread onto skewers alternately.
- Grill for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until slightly charred and cooked through.

Ingredients:
- 1kg pork shoulder
- 3 tbsp Dunn’s River Caribbean Barbecue Seasoning
- 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions:
- Mix BBQ seasoning, sugar, and oil. Rub all over pork shoulder.
- Place pork in a slow cooker or covered roasting tin. Cook on low (in slow cooker for 8 hours, or oven at 160°C for 4–5 hours) until tender.
- Shred pork with forks, mix with BBQ sauce and a little extra seasoning if desired.
- Serve in buns or with rice and coleslaw.

Ingredients:
- 400g firm tofu, cut into thick slices
- 2 tbsp Dunn’s River Caribbean Barbecue Seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Pat tofu dry and brush with oil.
- Sprinkle BBQ seasoning on both sides.
- Grill or pan-fry for 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
- Serve with salad or in a wrap.
